Shipping costs in Portugal are calculated based on the weight of the order:
- 0 to 2 kg: €4.00
- 2 to 5 kg: €6.50
- 5 to 10 kg: €9.00
- More than 10 kg: €12.00
The costs will be calculated automatically at the end of the purchase.
Deliveries have an estimated timeframe of 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of proven defects or incorrect delivery. If you find any issues, please contact us via email at helppontomaisnorte@gmail.com.
Before opening the bottle, gently shake it to mix the natural yeasts present in the wine. This unfiltered wine has an authentic and unique character, resulting from traditional production methods that preserve its natural essence.
It is recommended to serve it chilled, between 8°C and 10°C, to enhance its aromas and flavors. Since it is an unfiltered wine, it is normal for it to contain natural sediments, which is part of its identity. For an even more complete experience, serve it in glasses that allow you to appreciate its aroma and texture.
We recommend storing the wines in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, maintaining a constant temperature between 10°C and 15°C to preserve their characteristics and quality.
